The Mechanical Design Engineer position involves designing spare parts, enhancing manufacturing processes, and managing project launches to ensure customer satisfaction.

Kewajiban

• Mechanical Design-Design spare parts and configure setups for machines.
• Develop and modify equipment to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Implement cost-effective equipment modifications to improve safety, reliability, and throughput.
• Create and apply technology to monitor or control production processes.
• Lead and manage project launches, ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting all deliverable dates and product quality targets.
• Provide the necessary equipment to achieve project objectives, focusing on optimal performance and cost ratios, while adhering to industry standards.

Kualifikasi

• B.Eng. or M.Eng. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing/automation, with a track record in problem-solving, fault finding, and debugging.
• Experience in project management will be advantageous.
• Strong background in mechanical equipment development.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in computer programming and engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of engineering science and technology, with the ability to apply principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to design and produce various goods and services.
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and adhere to timelines.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong personal interaction skills.
• Experience in semi-automation or automation will be highly preferred.
