Due to rapid growth in our company, we need high-potential people to make impact in our sales and service process and business. Metro Machinery aims to develop our people by providing opportunities to develop their skill sets in various areas of Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Credit Analysis, Parts & Service, Product Support, Product Knowledge, Sales and After Sales Service, IT, Human Resources Management and Development, etc. We offer supporting funds to high-potential employees for specialized training programs abroad in Asia, Europe, and America.

Kewajiban

• Developing and implementing strategies for Operation Excellence
• Managing business and Replicate Policy Processes
• Developing and implementing lead generation strategies
• Developing sales reports and measurements to analyze data, assess trends, and determine actions to optimize performance
• Evaluating Market, Competitors, and Customer Values Information and analyze the current and future markets to create Business Plan
• Creating Customer Touchpoints (online and offline), Sales Programs & Promotions

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field
• Having experience of at least 5 years business development, process improvement is a plus.
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Good coordination & communication skills
• Good analytics skills
• Experience in planning projects and preparing corporate reports is also preferable
• Advance in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Power BI and Excel are a must.
