Responsible for overall manufacturing operations of surface finishing delivering quality products and meeting the production plan, customer requirements and company objectives. Supervising, controlling and supporting resources and manners of Surface Finishing operations inclusive staff, budget, machine, equipment’s, processes, method, performance and improvement to meet production quality and targets.

Kewajiban

• Involve in production planning and specify target of manufacturing in Surface Finishing function both daily, weekly, and long term as well as budget and manpower planning.
• Assign manufacturing program to meet production plan together with manage and control to perform meeting specified quality and targets.
• Monitor production operations to perform / improve effectively and meeting standard, criteria, procedures, cost effectiveness with safety, environment care and labor relations / disciplinary.
• Study improvement alternative for meeting or beyond customer expectation and cost effectiveness or better performance in various aspects such as safety, energy, as well as setting challenge objective and action to be taken.
• Support on problem solving and prevention and continuous improvement.
• Encourage and develop staff competency and knowledge transfer.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering in any field.
• Must have experience in coating process.
• A minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, planning, and control manufacturing concerning with Lean manufacturing, and /or experience in curing oven, chemical pretreatment and wastewater treatment or related industry.
• Knowledge in Chemicals and ERP automation will be big advantages.
• Abilities to function Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English.
• Analytical skill.
