We're looking for a skilled Inventory and Logistics Manager to optimize our supply chain operations and ensure efficient inventory control.
Kewajiban
• Ensure sufficient vehicle display at each Retail Partner based upon display space and retail target agreement via SAP system.
• Allocate, swap, manage, and monitor showroom stock align with Agent standard and guideline.
• Set priority of MPC aging stock both CKD and CBU vehicles from VPC to be prepared for fulfil requirements of retail sale transaction via SAP and Vx and STS system.
• Coordinate with VPC team to prioritize the vehicles stock based on Retail sale transaction from each.
• Ensure vehicles on stock are served with properly PDI process before released to agents / end customers.
• Ensure the vehicles readiness for customer delivery in a timely manner after booking.
• Strategically plan and manage efficiency transportation route and cost to deliver the vehicles both display units and retail sales units to all agent networks.
• Monitoring inventory stock for retail sale and control stock reach level.
• Manage the display units in Marketing & Sales Event such as accumulating the sales figures, preparing current availability inventory for sales.
• Manage BTO process.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Manage sale process such as sale order to ensure that demonstration car will be arrived at Retail Partner in time based on information in SAP system and comply with guideline.
• Manage sale process of employee car (L5&L6 scheme) through SAP system.
• Support other direct sales.
• Monitor SAP, VX and STS system, once error and/or problems are occurred, then try to solve at first level. If the problem remains, then indicate the errors to IT Department for immediate actions.
• Participate with IT Department as a Sales Operations Team representative when any version of SAP, VX and STS system to be updated and transfer the updated IT knowledge on the training to all concerned members.
• Keep updated knowledge and skills required for professional and personal development.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Other relevant discipline.
• Product Knowledge.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting.
• Managing the sale process.
• Stock control and Inventory Management.
• Data management and Analytical skills.
• Skills and experience to manage complex projects.
• Good command of spoken and written in Thai/ English.
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and SAP system.
• Familiar with SAP system would be of advantage. Process oriented.
• Pro-active attitude and good problem-solving skills.
• Team work, analytical thinking, services mind, energetic and comfortable to work under pressure, quick action, good responsibility, self-starter, and multi-tasking essential to job requirement.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales admin function.
