Customer Services Digital Marketing Specialist position available. Join our innovative journey to drive engagement, enhance customer experiences, and shape our digital presence.

Kewajiban

• Monitoring, Perform and Ensure effectiveness of Customer Contact Strategy for the whole customer journey both ABO & non ABO to achieve Digital Target included Online Appointment Booking and Service Lead conversion both connect and non connect car
• Initiate and develop marketing activities /event in order to support parts revenue target achievement.
• Initiate and implement Customer contact strategy to offer and utilize customer database via Sales Forces Marketing Cloud
• Establish and perform Customer Relationship Activities based on customer database on life style analysis and organize Service Clinic Activities
• Coordinate, edit, and publish Customers Services Newsletter and manage all contents with standard format on weekly basis within given timeline
• Initiate and Implement Activity and Program to maintain Customer Retention
• Provide Customer Services Marketing Activities on monthly basis and Communication Report on quarterly basis to HUB, including support any required information as per HUB request.
• Perform special Customer Services Marketing tasks as per assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in marketing of Automotive Business
• Background of operation system and digital marketing process eg. Autoline, Salesforces, Salesforces Marketing Cloud will be advantage.
• Skills and experience to manage complex projects.
• Know-how of operation system such as Autoline, Salesforces, etc. will be advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work productively and maintain effective relationship in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Pro-active attitude and good problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
• Analytical Skill and Self Motivated
