Kewajiban

• Assist and coordination of marketing activities, promotional materials, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist in preparation of the document associates with Chain Drug Store activities to ensure all sales document files (expenses, accrual etc.), necessary documents are complete, compliant, and close successfully.
• Prepare daily and monthly report as assigned
• Verify document authenticity and conduct quality checks of responsible areas and also manage and check product inventory to align with ongoing activities.
• Compile and organize expense data for each brand product involved in activities to assess expenses accurately.
• Coordinate with cross functions team, including sales, supply chain, finance and accounting for instance, in order to complete the assigned tasks.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree in any fields.
• At least 2–3 years’ experience in administration, customer services.
• Good computer skills and correspondences.
• Self-motivated / energetic with good interpersonal skills and service-mind.
• Good command of English.
