The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing the full scope of commercial interactions with customers, ensuring effective execution of strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.

Kewajiban

• Accountable for the full scope of commercial interaction with the customer, ranging from being a part of the development of account strategy per customer to the management promotional and activities execution strategies activities (including trade budget management, range and space optimization) with responded account to ensure effectiveness of execution to meet sale growth for efficiency and profitability.
• Deliver the agreed plan, follow-up achievement of counterparts to develop short- term / long-term plan with customers.
• Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers, potential customers and in stores as well.
• Handle the inquiries, discussions, negotiations and feedbacks of customers.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing to effectively a business plan to management of promotional activity.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Key Account Management, preferably from FMCG environment with background in managing retailers.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business related field.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, presentation and analysis skills.
• Good understanding of Modern Trade/ Chain Drugstore matters.
• Good computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database) and communication skill for both Thai and English.
