The CIVIL 3D Modeler (MEP/Utilities) is responsible for conducting underground utilities work using Civil 3D software, providing technical expertise, and developing graphic standards and presentations.

Kewajiban

• Conduct Civil 3D software in underground utilities work.
• Provide technical expertise of underground utilities, cross-sections and profiles.
• Stay abreast of advancement in part builder and ability to build specialized parts.
• Conduct pipe networks, pressure networks, corridors and surface creation/editing.
• Develop underground utilities as well as symbols and graphic standards.
• Preparing drawing setup, scale usage, dimensioning, labeling and plotting in both 2D and 3D environments.
• Drafting construction plans consisting of project details, plan, profile and section sheets, site layouts, utility design and cross-sections.
• Provide analytical techniques and software to address more complex and detailed engineering challenges in projects.
• Preparing graphic presentations.
• Utilising digital filing for work products.

Kualifikasi

• A degree in Bachelor, Diploma or equivalent certifications in Mechanical, Electrical and Sanitary Drafting or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Civil 3D modeling, especially in MEP and utilities design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with expertise in surface modeling, alignments, profiles, and corridor modeling.
• Familiarity with MEP systems, utility layouts, and underground infrastructure.
• Knowledge of BIM tools like Navisworks or Revit is a plus.
