The Finance Supervisor (Treasury) is responsible for overseeing cash management, identifying funding needs, liaising with financial institutions, managing credit lines, preparing reports, conducting financial analysis, assisting with IPO projects, supporting accounting functions, and acting as a financial business partner.

Kewajiban

• Oversee monthly cash management includes preparing cash flow projection and monitoring actual cash flow.
• Identify required funding for company’s operating and investing activities.
• Liaise with financial institution (banks and non-banks) in identifying new optimal borrowing potential (this includes future securities issuances, such as bond) and other financial products such as cash management, saving accounts, etc. that serves company’s needs.
• Manage existing credit line encompassing loan drawdown, prepare and update loan schedule, and assure company’s compliance with covenants and conditions.
• Prepare timely weekly and monthly management report.
• Conduct financial analysis and report such as feasibility study.
• Assist on coordination of the IPO project with FAs and authorities.
• Support Accounting and FP&A functions to enhance company’s finance and accounting capabilities.
• Act as a financial business partner (FBP) that provide financial advices and solutions to internal departments especially commercial functions.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, BBA & MBA, Economics or other related fields that is quantitative orientation such as Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Treasury finance management, Corporate finance, or Investment finance.
• Strong Microsoft office skills especially Ms. Excel.
• Experience in leasing and hire purchasing business, or have CFA level 1 will be a great plus.
• Matured, reliable, having ability to prioritize, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong inter personal skills and willingness to learn.
