Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze transportation needs and plan appropriate delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with transportation service providers to develop effective transportation plans.
• Monitor the status of goods transportation and ensure compliance with timelines.
• Prepare transportation reports and propose improvements to processes.
• Oversee inventory management and relevant data recording.
• Verify the accuracy of inventory and coordinate with the purchasing team.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status and resolve any issues.
• Gather customer feedback to improve services.
• Ensure that transportation and inventory management comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in risk assessments and safety management.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management will be considered a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
• Can communicate in English very well.
