Kewajiban
• Order processing: responsible for receiving customer orders, checking order information, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of orders, and timely collecting and sorting orders and uploading them to the financial system.
• Data management: daily data statistics and sorting, including making and updating reports, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
• Customer service management: connecting with the operator/after-sales customer service team, handling customer inquiries and after-sales issues, maintaining good communication with customers, solving problems in the order process, and improving customer satisfaction.
• Order delivery and inventory management: coordinate with warehouses, logistics and other relevant departments to ensure that orders can flow smoothly, and handle returns and refund requests in a timely manner.
• After-sales processing: responsible for handling returns and exchanges, logistics and express inquiries, and follow-up of abnormal situations, and summarize and promptly feedback problems in the sales process after sales and provide solutions.
• Financial management: collect and update various expenses of the e-commerce platform every week, analyze the use of expenses, and make optimization suggestions.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher
• Have great understanding in Marketing, Key Account, Shopee, LAZADA, NocNoc, Platform, e-commerce, electronic business etc.
• Have good English or Chinese skills
• Have good computer skills
• Have good communication skill
