Detail posisi

To manage and develop all products & co-packers meet company requirement and McCormick quality standard to minimize the food safety and quality risk. To plan, implement and supervise QA function. Coaching and developing team to meet company expectation.

Kewajiban

• Lead, support and assign all QA persons to reach the goal. Develop staff by set up the Co-packers Risk Assessment, training program. Coordinate and direct functionally all quality related work and personnel.
• Approve the scheduling of supplier audit system, scheduling, perform supplier audit on quality and evaluate manufacturing facilities, supplier training include follow up supplier corrective action. Develop system to minimize product risk.
• Lead on set up supplier visit program & visit supplier for monitoring & verification on process and product quality.
• Plan and follow up supplier’s performance evaluation process.
• Plan and follow up the teams member’s performance evaluation and improvement.
• All complaints handling review and verify, monitor effectiveness of corrective action taken, drive suppliers for continuous process improvement.
• Consultation support on quality related issues to the teams.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Science / Food Technology/ Chemical/ Microbiology or related field.
• BRC, ISO, GMP & HACCP Training Certification
• Good knowledge in quality standard and regulation of food products for worldwide market.
• Good Skill on problem solving and preventive action for future occurrence
• Good on make decision on problem solving
• Good knowledge in quality system; GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC, regulatory.
• Good Knowledge in quality assurance, quality management documentation, internal audit improvement tools and food law regulation.
• Able to build close relationship and working well with Thai suppliers and overseas customers.
• Strong leadership competency, positive attitude, effective problem solving ability, effective time management, decision making, organization skill.
