Kewajiban
• Laboratory testing (Receiving, labeling, and analyzing samples) of raw materials, finished goods, RD samples, environment samples.
• Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility. Reporting test results according to standard or McCormick procedures.
• Participated and performed in Proficiency Testing (PT) standard.
• Conduct routine internal audits of food safety and hygiene systems including GMP, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and ISO/IEC17025 compliance. Ensure that all safety guidelines are always followed strictly and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
• Issuing, checking and document control of Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP) and laboratory records.
• Participate in general laboratory activities including equipment calibration, and store all chemicals & microbiological substances (media) and reagents according to safety instructions. Maintain equipment, chemical reagents, and media inventory, and assist in ordering laboratory supplies.
Kualifikasi
• High School in Science / Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years-experience working in a food/feed laboratory.
• Ability to problem solve in a production environment, Continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work within a multinational team.
• Computer literacy.
