The HR Recruitment and Training position involves overseeing the recruitment process, developing recruitment strategies, identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and ensuring new hires are properly trained.

Kewajiban

• Oversee the entire recruitment process and Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Perform with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of company requirements.
• Create job postings and manage candidate sourcing through various channels.
• Social Platform Management, develop engaging online monitor and analyze content success.
• Prepare and coordinate all relevant documents for the job interview appointment.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with managers for hiring decisions.
• Preparing and maintaining hiring documents, applicant confirmation, and new employee checklist process.
• Manage JD, KPI and update it timely.
• Identify training needs across the organization.
• Design, deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Oversee onboarding and ensure new hires are properly trained.
• Other tasks requested by department head.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment and training more than 5 years.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator and Multimedia.
• Good command of English (writing and speaking).
• Can interview in English.
• Able to travel upcountry or aboard.
