The Sales Engineer is responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling products and services while maintaining positive relationships with customers and achieving sales targets.

Kewajiban

• Present, promote and sell products and services using strong communication to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule timeframe.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Kualifikasi

• 1-3 years of relevant sales account management experience working in an IT company or relevant field (CAD/CAE/CAM sales experience is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or any related field
• Background in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial with proven sales and client engagement experience
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, and proficient in MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse individuals, including clients and vendors
• Strong analytical skill and the ability to quickly understand complex business and systems, and provide suitable solutions for clients
• Self-motivation, team player, flexible, eager and willing to learn, technical competency, confidence and adaptability
• Has the latitude to make decision and determine objectives and approaches for critical assignments
