The Marketing Executive / Brand Executive (FMCG) is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market situations, developing new product concepts, and managing overall marketing functions.
Kewajiban
• Planning and Execute marketing campaign (IMC Plan), end to end operation
• Analyze market situation / Competitor Analysis
• Develop New Product concept and work closely with R&D
• Manage & Planning Offline/Online communications platform / SNS
• Manage overall marketing function, control budget and conduct market research
• Carry process of product, package and TVCF development
• Work closely with designer to deliver Marketing Material (KV/Label/POSM) to related party (eg. Trade Marketing) in limited timeline
• Preparation of monthly reports
• Managing other tasks in relation to marketing & corporate communications and or branding as assigned by supervisor
Kualifikasi
• 3-5 years Direct Experience in marketing (Personal Care experience is preferable)
• Good planning and management skill
• Good Analytical skill
• Ability to handle campaign from end to end
• Research to update with the current market trend
• Good communication in English
