The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing client relationships, leading the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales efforts.

Kewajiban

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all market segments including corporate, leisure and group sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular sales calls to existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Organize and participate in sales trips to key markets to promote the hotel and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand competitive trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve personal and departmental goals.
• Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable business while maintaining the hotel’s brand standards and profitability goals.
• Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and special events.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, including analysis of sales activities, results and forecast.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales campaigns, and other marketing efforts.
• Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize room rates and occupancy.
