The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a specific department(s) within the restaurant, optimizing profits, increasing sales, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Kewajiban

• Managing all aspects of a specific department(s) within the restaurant
• Selection, development, and performance management of restaurant employees
• Optimizing profits and increasing sales
• Managing scheduled shifts ensuring guest satisfaction
• Managing all operational issues to meet The Oriental’s standards of quality and service
• Assisting in the preparation of the department Sales and Marketing plans
• Ensuring the Outlets Operational budget is in line and costs are strictly controlled
• Maximizing profitability of the restaurant by increasing turnover and controlling costs
• Formulating and continually upgrading a Departmental Operations Manual
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and rectifying issues
• Ensuring guest needs and expectations are met
• Liaising with the Kitchen to ensure food quality, profitability, and presentation standards are met.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related fields
• 5 years experience in high volume restaurant operation
• Computer literate and proficient in Infogenesis & Microsoft office
• Thai & English language proficiency, both verbal and written
• Good interpersonal relationship with positive attitude
• Hard-working and able to work under pressure
• Experience in Banquet would be receiving special consideration
