Detail posisi

The Reservation Sales Agent is responsible for managing room availability, coordinating group reservations, preparing reports, and making decisions on reservations. The role requires excellent communication skills, a bachelor's degree in hotel management, and at least 1-2 years of experience in a Reservation Department.

Kewajiban

• To control room availability.
• To be responsible for reservation processes.
• To coordinate with Sales Office on all types of groups and group tour reservation.
• To prepare reports and other documents i.e. Room Reservation Weekly Forecast, VIP or State Visit lists.
• To control reservation communication costs.
• To make decision on acceptance or non-acceptance of reservations with or without conditions on facsimiles or emails.

Kualifikasi

• Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Thai.
• Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management or relevant.
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience in Reservation Department.
• Proficiency in English and in Computer skills.
• Possess good leadership skills and team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
