The Government Liaison Manager is responsible for managing licenses, customs processes, work permits, and serving as a point of contact for government-related matters, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
Kewajiban
• Manage all licenses applied for the hotel operations and ensure that the licenses are up to date.
• Manage custom clearance processes effectively.
• Handle work permits and visas for expatriates in the hotel including spouses and dependents.
• Handle all necessary customs formalities at the airport on hotel promotions.
• Be a point of contact on government liaison-related matters and be able to suggest solutions to problems.
• Keep abreast of the latest data/developments/schemes, necessary for Government Liaison.
• Develop new methodologies to improve the liaison processes and keep abreast of relevant best practices and new developments affecting the hotel.
• Ensure regular, final, and timely submission of reports on all the aforesaid liaison activities.
Kualifikasi
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a luxury establishment or luxury retail in a similar role.
• Fluency in English and Thai.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to handle challenging tasks and situations effectively.
• A results-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail.
• To be able to work both independently and on a team.
• Respect confidential information.
• A positive attitude and motivation.
