The F&B S&M Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue for the hotel's restaurants and bars, cultivating relationships with high-profile clients, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns.

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue for the hotel's restaurants and bars as well as off-site offerings.
• Cultivate relationships with high-profile clients, including media executives, event planners, and corporate executives, to drive bookings and sales.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop tailored marketing strategies that position the hotel as a top culinary destination.
• Curate and manage the hotel's food and beverage media portfolio.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sophisticated and impactful campaigns that showcase the hotel's culinary offerings.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences in the luxury dining sector.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales and marketing strategies and performance.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and innovations to ensure the hotel maintains a competitive edge in the luxury dining market.
