The Admin Support - Commercial Fresh Food position is a 6-month contract role focused on managing and processing orders related to fresh food items.
Kewajiban
• Consolidate & amend & edit weekly booking order from stores in drive share
• Upload pre-allocation PO.(Stock Up item)(Directed Imported)
• Sending Purchase order to local importer (stock up item)
• Upload pre-allocation PO.(Stock Up item)(Local Importer)
• Upload Emergency Order Cross dock
• Send emergency order acknowledge to local supplier (Call, email, Line etc.)
• Upload Emergency Order stock up
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Food science, Food technology or related.
• Computer skills with proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions.
• Welcoming fresh graduates.
