Manager - Business Intelligence Center (Analyst)
Detail posisi
Kewajiban
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements,
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather stakeholder feedback and refine business processes.
• Support the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure business performance.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive operational improvements and enhance decision-making.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ year-experience implementing enterprise-scale reporting systems, including: Working with users in a requirements analysis role.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably within a business intelligence environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Understanding of business strategy and financial analysis.
