Kewajiban
• Store Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring that all activities adhere to company SOPs and that high standards of service and operational efficiency are consistently maintained. Act as the main point of contact for store-level decision-making.
• Team Supervision: Lead and support the store team, managing schedules, assigning duties, and providing on-the-spot training as needed to foster a high-performance culture that aligns with the company’s values and customer service standards.
• Customer Experience: Actively engage with customers, addressing any inquiries, complaints, or special requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure an exceptional and memorable experience.
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive efforts to meet or exceed sales targets by closely monitoring daily performance, identifying issues, and proactively reporting challenges to upper management. Generate and implement new ideas or promotional activities to boost sales and attract more customers to the store.
• Inventory & Financial Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are well-stocked, organized, and displayed appropriately. Assist in tracking daily sales and operational expenses to help meet financial targets.
• Venue Maintenance & Readiness: Work closely with maintenance staff to keep the store environment in optimal condition, making sure that all equipment is functional, the space is clean and organized, and any repair needs are promptly addressed to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3-5 years of experience as Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industries.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, POS systems, and other retail management software.
• Fluency in both English and Thai.
