Kewajiban
• Operational Support: Assist in monitoring and implementing operational procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in service and quality, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities across our entertainment facilities.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate staff schedules, monitor team performance, and support training initiatives that foster a positive, high-performance culture.
• Venue Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance and technical teams to ensure all equipment is functional and venues are clean, safe, and in top condition, proactively addressing any issues as they arise.
• Customer Service Assistance: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and support, assisting with any concerns, complaints, or special requests to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Administrative Duties: Support budgeting, inventory management, and report generation for upper management, contributing to financial oversight and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1-3 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple locations or franchises is a plus, especially within the entertainment, or retail industries.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant administrative software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
