We are seeking a creative Architect to design engaging and functional entertainment venues, such as indoor attractions, themed zones, or recreational areas, ensuring these spaces are both visually appealing and user-friendly. Additionally, we highly value candidates who possess strong skills in visual merchandising to enhance our retail branding.

Kewajiban

• Design & Planning: Develop and execute master layout plans for new and existing projects, balancing aesthetic appeal with functionality and user experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal project management team and potentially outsourced architects/design teams to ensure designs are delivered on time and meet the project’s creative vision, while also considering budgetary guidelines.
• Site & Project Analysis: Assess site conditions, project requirements, and regulatory compliance to ensure feasible and effective architectural solutions.
• Design Guidelines: Establish and maintain design guidelines that reflect the brand’s identity and enhance the overall aesthetic of our projects.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering, preferably within the entertainment or retail sector
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Proficiency in design software and 3D rendering tools
• Strong creativity with a practical approach to design
• Solid understanding of space planning, color theory, and design principles
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget
