Detail posisi

The Planning Officer is responsible for analyzing materials planning and delivery schedules to meet production requirements, ensuring timely procurement and inventory management.

Kewajiban

•Analyzing MRP reports and execute materials planning and delivery schedules to meet production requirement by consider forecast and MOQ.
•Work closely with the production planner to understand materials needs and timelines.
•Ensure that the materials supplied meet production requirement and all remaining packaging materials are balancing.
•Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
•Coordinating the procurement of materials for new products by maintaining schedules and status reports.
•Analyze and assess demand (with forecast) and supply trends to prevent delays in production and achieve cost savings.
•Monitor and manage inventory levels and movements.
•Improving stock accuracy issues on time.
•Improving inventory value to meet company targets.

Kualifikasi

•Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
•At least 3 years’ experience in material planning of manufacturing company.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Experience in using ERP software is a must.
•Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
•Multi-tasking and good communication skills.
•Energetic, go-getter, Objective orientated personality.
