Kewajiban
• Develop strategies and put them into actions including addressing the issues in marketing and communication areas.
• Create media plan and put it into implementation ensuring the accurate information, key messages, related and appropriate images and artworks are presented to the public.
• Maintain the accurate and consistent use of corporate identities of the company and products in all collateral by Marketing and other departments.
• Negotiate and work with the media companies or agencies to receive the best deals for the company.
• Work with business partners to achieve win-win arrangement in terms of co-events, co-promotion, database usage, etc.
• Construct the research and provide market analysis to the management and departments concerned to stay aware of the market.
• Provide marketing information by responding to different requests from inside and outside the companies.
• Monitoring spending to ensure it remains within budget.
Kualifikasi
• Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Real estate, Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Finance, Economic or related field.
• At least 5 years working experience of marketing communication, product development, marketing, business development in real estate developer or other related business.
• Enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, team player, initiative and strong analytical skill.
