Kewajiban
• AR Tasks
• Help preparing customer/clients invoices based on accounting procedures and sending invoices to customers
• Maintaining customer accounts and Collecting payments and WHT certificate & Tracking overdue invoices and following up on them
• Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders
• Handling customer/clients inquiries regarding billing issues
• Posting Tax invoice/Receipt in a timely manner Securing revenue
• Output tax report and collaborate with AP accountant
• AP Tasks
• Checking detail billing note/Invoice/ Issue Withholding tax certificate
• Follow documents from vendors and clients
Kualifikasi
• Preferably with more than two years work experience in AR/AP, bookkeeping, or finance
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and table
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• English Proficient & fully fluent in Thai
