The Key Account Manager (New Business) position focuses on identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities in the Eastern Region (Chonburi, Rayong) while building strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth.

Kewajiban

• Spot New Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on potential business opportunities (B2B customers) within your assigned territory to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
• Build Long-Lasting Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our key customers, becoming their trusted partner for success.
• Lead Negotiations: Take charge of high-stakes sales negotiations with critical clients, ensuring win-win solutions and mutual success.
• Tailor Solutions: Use your market insights to craft customized solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.
• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic customer targeting plans that align with company goals.
• Achieve Long-Term Goals: Collaborate with key clients to meet deadlines, ensure long-term growth, and hit sales targets.
• Stay Organized: Keep sales data up-to-date and accessible through Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Kualifikasi

• Educational Background: A degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in sales or key account management, ideally within the B2B sector.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must for effective communication with international teams and clients.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to understand client needs and lead negotiations to a successful outcome.
• People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with key clients and team members.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a team environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, with experience using Salesforce a plus.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience managing B2B clients is highly desirable.
