The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing B2B clients, focusing on strategic account growth and sales targets.

Kewajiban

• Build and maintain excellent business relationship with key accounts
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities
• Identify upselling possibilities to the existing customers
• Liaise with cross functional department in order to enhance customer satisfaction
• Sales analysis and conducting reports for management

Kualifikasi

• A degree holder with minimum of 5 year Sales or Key Account management experience (B2B Industry)
• Experience in serving corporate accounts or sizable organization
• Experience in dealing with senior management and tendering process
• Good track records in account management and pitching new accounts
• Strong negotiation & presentation skills
• Self-motivate & good interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken & written English
