To grow revenue and profit in key customers, the Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients such as SOGO Group, Metro, and Central. This role involves being the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipating client needs, ensuring deadlines are met, and helping clients succeed.
Kewajiban
• Know at all times level of sales vs LY vs Target of the Brand
• Manage and grow Retail Team to achieve brand’s objectives.
• Initiate proposals, suggestions to Marketing Team on all trade marketing and consumer mechanics related matters.
• Plan and execute consumer activations at store level to achieve brand’s objectives
• Ensure inventory supply sufficiency for both selling and non-selling items, as well as maintaining healthy stock coverage.
• Check and know brands' daily sales per counter with other brands/ competitors.
• Check and ensure availability of physical stocks level/ samples/testers and place orders.
• Check and know physical quantity of stock at counter vs quantity in POS system
• To respond to promoters’ queries and to assist them whenever possible in their dealings with respective floor managers/supervisors.
• Create and maintain good rapport/relationship with store managers and understand the store’s operation process.
• Must give sales/motivational briefings to FCs and part-timers. For new launches, arrange in-house training with Marketing/Trainer.
• Guide promoters and ensure cleanliness of counters and ensure them perform housekeeping.
• Ensure correct standard of merchandising at respective counters accordingly.
• Ensure proper pictures are taken and updated and uploaded into generic folder.
• Source, Interview, hire and ensure quality of BC (Beauty Consultant)
• Appearance and attire of promoters
• Ensure quality of part timers hired for replacement.
• Work together with Counter Leaders, Group
Kualifikasi
• Proven experience in key account management or related field
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and sales statistics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the beauty and retail industry is a plus
