Detail posisi

Reporting to Assistant IT Manager, this role is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation. Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members. Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology and risk guidelines. In-depth Functional knowledge of the application(s) supported and interdependencies.

Kewajiban

• In charge of assessing the security threats that the system and network may be vulnerable to, then choosing methods for defending against those threats
• Plan the strategies which include the use of network operating systems, specific firewall technologies, intrusion protection and detection, password systems, encryption methods, user access rights, system trace logs and more
• Performing various sensitive of infrastructure operations and key risk management
• Network design and plan for upgrade
• Provides support to users in resolving software and hardware problems
• Relays important and/or urgent messages to IT team members when needed
• Security study on programming and the development methods used on the Internet
• Establish policy and procedures for provision of data backup and recovery via relevant tools
• Develop plans and procedures for business continuity
• Co-ordinate with other teams to provide network integration solutions and operations to support corporate services including managing the implementations to ensure users satisfaction

Kualifikasi

• Working knowledge in developing and implementing IT Security Policy and Procedure plus strong experience in IP Networking, SQL and MS Network Administration, ERP and SAP will be advantage
• To perform in planning, deploying, monitoring all security issues for servers, network and related systems
• Good practice for documentation skill is a must
• Good command of English
• Minimum BA in Computer, Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication Engineering, or Network and IT Security-related fields
