Detail posisi

The Process Controller is responsible for analyzing production data, improving manufacturing processes, and leading improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Kewajiban

• Analyzing problem and production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Conducting time and motion studies to improve standard times and reduce labor costs.
• Assuring that WI are available for each workstation in responsible section.
• Designing, modifying, and improving solutions for new processes to improve productivity and cost saving.
• Initiating, leading, and executing improvement projects while providing technical support to address quality, productivity, waste reduction, and working processes through Kaizen.
• Assisting in improvement activities, including training, mentoring, and facilitating Kaizen events.
• Supporting and addressing urgent operation issues through problem-solving efforts and long-term improvements.
• Assisting with tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering/industrial management.
• At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing. Food Manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Good command of English both oral and written is a must.
• Experience in Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize situations.
