Kewajiban
• Drive sales to achieve targets by applying brand selling methods and service flow, including maximizing selling opportunities by link selling
• Lead people management agenda (i.e. rosters and incentives) and develop a team of Beauty Advisors (BAs) and in-store staff, focusing on uplifting their sales capabilities and soft skills to achieve their business and people goals
• Ensure excellent execution of all brand's activities and campaigns to deliver best-in-class customer experience through a high quality of retail operation
• Manage monthly reporting and refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activities
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field
• At least 3 years of experience in the beauty or fashion retail industry as Counter Manager, Area Manager, or Store Manager
• Business acumen and result orientation
• Strong people and team management with good coaching skills
• Intermediate level of English proficiency
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
