At L’Oréal, we are committed to developing young talents who are passionate about making an impact in the beauty industry. As an E-Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing online trade marketing plans and driving brand success across various platforms.
Kewajiban
• Develop and execute online trade marketing plans across various online channels namely Shopee, Lazada, Konvy and other potential platforms in pipeline to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.
• Ensure online promotional campaigns align with the overall brand strategy. This includes effectively communicating the brand's key messages, values, and positioning in effective online expressions.
• Determine a monthly promotion budget based on overall business objectives. Regularly review trade spending against target and propose optimization plan.
• Leverage data and analytics tools to gain insights into the performance on each online channel. Track ecommerce metrics and able to use insights to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Plan product portfolio management including sets proposal, stock demand projection, PLV allocation in alignment with brand strategy.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan product portfolio management. Proposing product sets, projecting stock demand, and allocating samples are key priorities driven by strong data analysis.
Kualifikasi
• 3-5 years in trade marketing; beauty and consumer or FMCG industries is preferred.
• 2-3 years of ecommerce experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
