Detail posisi

This role is to be the partner with Regional HR Teams to drive strategic HR Projects through progressive project management skills, challenge and redesign existing HR processes for better efficiency and employee experience. He/she needs to enable functional teams with industry insight and the best practices, as well as create frameworks to enable HR teams to deliver on ONE LIXIL, ONE HR.

Kewajiban

• Oversee planning, implementation and execution of central HR initiatives for Asia and Africa
• Collaborate with regional HR teams and COE functions to improve end to end HR delivery processes
• Build strategic business cases to be more cost competitive and increase Employee Value Propositions
• Architect employee experience along with digital and technical teams to enhance user experience, co-created with key stakeholders
• Analytical mindset to gather insights from HR processes and end users, maximizing use of reporting and analytics to diagnose challenges and track performance
• Drive continuous improvement and change management to help employees adapt to simplified processes
• Ensure HR processes comply with local statutory/ legal requirements and govern HR related risks
• Conduct periodic organizational and HR reviews to ascertain process health and areas of improvement
• Be updated on progressive and best-in-class industry HR practices and policies and share insights with leadership teams

Kualifikasi

• University degree in HR, Engineering or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of managing large complex HR Project management skills HR background preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a large matrixed organization
• Ability to be agile & provide solutions for business impact
• Innovative and analytical mindset
• Eye for detail, compliance and diligence
• PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel for up to 20-30% of your time
• Strong IT & Technology savvy
• Good communication and good collaboration
• Fluency in English
