The main purpose of this position is to manage and coordinate new RFID chip related projects together with Product House Project Managers, feasibility studies and analysis about new RFID chip technologies, OSs and applications.

Kewajiban

System Design & Development
• Design and develop initialization, pre-personalization, and verification systems within the RFID software development group.
• Enhance existing software, system applications, and architecture as required.

Project Coordination
• Collaborate with project managers, OS makers, and customers on OS specifications.
• Coordinate with production, process, and IT teams on network and infrastructure for initialization, pre-personalization, and verification systems.

Research & Development
• Drive research and development of RFID technology focusing on OS initialization and pre-personalization.

Compliance & Safety
• Investigate job-related injuries or accidents to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.

Kualifikasi

• MSc (preferred) or BSc degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronic Engineering.
• Cryptography Skills (DES, 3DES, AES128, AES256, HSM) is obligatory.
• RFID Skills (ISO14443-4, ISO7816, NFC, UHF) is obligatory.
• Over 12 years of experience in the telecommunication, semiconductor, or electronic industry.
• Proficiency in C/C++, C#, Java, SQL, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Strong management and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Fluent English.
