The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, managing supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the automation maintenance and process background.

Kewajiban

• REVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
• Search for new suppliers / contractors.
• Approve purchase request for new spare parts in line with their delegation.
• Establish the yearly budget for maintenance (Spare parts, external services, repair costs, ...).
• Monitor maintenance activities by attending the flash weekly meeting.
• CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
• Support the issue resolution when escalated.
• Manage efficiency of maintenance.
• Meet monthly with production, quality and process engineering to review the past month maintenance activities, current issues to resolve and upcoming month maintenance activities.
• CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
• Facilitate discussions to improve maintenance and monitor improvement suggestions to ensure the annual target of improvement suggestions is reached.
• Raise the process change request and coordinate with process engineering team, quality, to ensure the implementation of improvement suggestions.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10-12 years in Automation machine development / Maintenance job functional.
• Technical skill in tool and equipment in PM functional.
• Knowledge in PLC programming.
• Thorough knowledge in Engineering drawings and Automation Machine’s Electrical circuit diagrams.
• Automate equipment controller for machine motion.
• Knowledge ISO9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
• Good relationship and people management/team leader.
• Strong leadership skills with communication skills, able to interact with people internationally.
• Able to work with high pressure.
• Problem solving with service mind set.
• Logical & systematic thinking.
• Lean/ six sigma Experience is advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
