Kewajiban
• Allocate resources, on a weekly basis, according to the yearly master preventive plan and upon the availability of the resources
• Manage stocks of spare parts
• Create new part Item Number (For new and existing suppliers)
• Manage escalated issues
• Responsible to resolve the escalated issues
• Run a machine break-down report on a monthly basis and present it at the machine break-down meeting (involving production, engineering, quality)
• Approve improvement suggestions based on criteria: safety, quality, productivity.
• Promote an innovative environments to foster the emergence of new idea.
• Follow-up with the implementation of the improvement suggestions
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• +4 years in Automation machine development.
• Good relationship and people management/team leader
• Strong leadership skills with communication skills, able to interact with people internationally
• Able to work with high pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Computer programs, Statistic software -Minitab
• Problem solving with service mind set.
• Logical & systematic thinking.
• Lean/ six sigma Experience is advantage.
• Working with machine & tooling is a plus.
