The Senior Quality Assurance Executive will be responsible for conducting regular inspections on in-app merchants, analyzing user experience, and collaborating with internal and external functions to resolve quality-related issues.
Kewajiban
• Plan and conduct regular inspections on in-app merchants and ensure that they follow quality standards. This includes comprehensive examining specifications, precise measurements, and utilizing tools and freelance resources.
• Monitoring results of tests, inspections, and any corrective actions in response to quality issues.
• Systematically collect and analyze user experience vs merchant quality standard in order to identify new trend and issue or adjust new standard to meet user needs.
• Engage in root cause analysis and implement preemptive measure to preclude merchant quality.
• Formulate and uphold quality procedures and policies to guarantee consistent merchant quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external function to proactively resolve quality-related issues and process improvement.
• Understanding of the LINE MAN Wongnai service.
• Responsible for various projects or assignments.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration or relevant field.
• 2 years of Operation Management, Data Analysis or related fields.
• Has the wit to notice unusual things, good communication skills, and a willingness to learnDetail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a responsible, reliable, growth mindset, and CAN-DO Attitude, able to complete various tasks on yourself.
• Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, or other relevant tools.
• Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Experienced in E-commerce or Online Platform business is a plus
