Kewajiban
• Business Development: Engage in activities that support business growth, such as identifying relevant government grants, attending events, and staying updated with publications and announcements.
• Support Clients: Assist clients with setting up food waste monitoring systems, including onsite visits to install and implement FIT technology in kitchens when needed.
• Capacity Building: Conduct training and consulting sessions to raise awareness about food waste issues and guide clients on how to monitor and reduce food waste.
• Project Execution: Plan and execute projects according to client needs, covering design, preparation, implementation, and follow-up stages.
• Project Tracking: Ensure projects stay on track and meet all milestones, working under the guidance of a project manager and senior associates.
• Customized Solutions: Develop tailored recommendations and solutions based on client requirements, capabilities, and constraints, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Content Creation: Design and deliver content and services that meet clients’ needs, ensuring accuracy and validation of results.
• Client Interaction: Be the contact point for clients at the operative and managerial level, providing them with insights and reports on the progress.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure effective and timely client management.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability or a related field. Alternatively, min. 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or another relevant sector.
• Strong analytical skills, high creativity and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proven practical and project experience, e.g., through internships or previous professional experience.
