The Supervisor - Operation (Fashion and Non Fashion) is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of receiving and dispatching activities, while also identifying and resolving operational issues.
Kewajiban
• Supervise and monitor activities performed by workers in receiving and dispatching module to ensure the process is smooth and the targets are achieved
• Identify problems from operational procedures which related to system, propose solution to improve and ensure effectiveness and efficiency in operational processes
• Manage returning goods from transports
• Co-operate with warehouse team to relocate products when customers postpone the delivery
• Keep and update the records of productivity and all controlling sheets
• Respond and manage issues concerning warehouse operations
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in warehouse
• Good communication and leadership skills and customer oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Computer literacy
• Be able to work 6 days per week
• Be able to work shift
