The Manager Warehouse (Solution Design) is responsible for analyzing customer requirements, validating data, and designing warehouse and transport solutions to optimize operations and meet customer needs.

Kewajiban

• Provide customer requirements summary for management review
• Validate the data and able clean the data
• Analyze warehouse inventory data, or transport data from the RFP/RFQ’s pack and provide the management summary e.g. warehouse - inventory profile, inbound shipment profile, inbound receiving profile, order profile, order trends, outbound profile, ABC analysis or transport – routes optimization, truck utilizations, e.t.c.
• Write warehouse/ transport solution assumptions, workflow, scope of work summary according to customer requirement, operation practices, system conditions,
• Calculate resources for warehouse e.g. space, manpower, MHE, IT equipment, warehouse equipment, trucks,
• Calculate required space, and draw the layout either AutoCAD or Google sketch up or other drawings software
• Provide a cost model according to the resource calculation, the design assumptions, and the cost structure of the company
• Develop a cost model to be price template of the company of price template from the customer
• Provide proposals in both power point formant, MS words format, and Excel format
• Present solution design to the customer and internal management in both Thai and English

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Transport Engineer, Logistics Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Logistics or related field.
• At least 5-10 years of working experience in similar role in Logistics business (Contract Logistics, Warehouse and Transport Management) with a focus in Transport solution design
• Experience and familiar with warehouse management system (WMS) and Transport (TMS)
• Excellent commercial (business), financial understanding and Transport solution design
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills
• Good analytical skill
• Good command of English skill
• Fluency of written and spoken English
• Computer literacy
