Detail posisi

We have 2 urgent positions in part of Logistics Administration, including Logistics Officer and Logistics Planner, both requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Kewajiban

Key Responsibilities
• Key order data from Uniqlo customer on System and Microsoft Excel.
• Support internal about logistics operation including warehouse and transportation.
• Maintain relationship and timely communication with internal department and external parties to understand, anticipate business needs and provide solutions.
• Review and drive external parties/3rd party service provider’s operation performance with KPIs and solve issues.
• Project implementation to improve current operation.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of warehouse, and transportation. Proactively recommend and implement operational goals, objectives and process improvement.
• Work closely with various teams involved in planning for annual peak business activity period.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Have an experience in Logistics Administration at least 3 years.
• English skill proficiency for writing E-mail and speaking (can communicate)
• Service minded with positive attitude, open to constructive criticism and continuous improvement in performance
• Quick learner to new software and able to use multiple systems & platforms
• A comprehensive understanding of the logistics systems
• Proficient skill in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Email outlook.
• Working day: Mon-Fri at 8.00 AM. to 17.00 PM.
