The Supervisor Warehouse Operation is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Kewajiban
• Oversee daily operation to make sure it runs smoothly
• Manpower and material planning to support volume of work in daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Supervising subordinates to stickily follow the company and safety regulation
• Making sure that all operations and activities have been done under the SOP
• Be able to analyze the operation problem and share the solution
• Making sure that the working place is under well-kept, clean and safe
• Coordinating with warehouse team, admin customer service
• To control regular maintenance service of all equipment, e.g. rack, forklifts, office equipment, WMS hardware, WMS software, etc.
• Other assignment by superior
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years in warehouse operation field
• Experienced and having knowledge in warehouse management
• Strong leadership
• Good command of English language
• Able to work under pressure
