• Check pre-alert and Request / coordinate information from customer.
• Prepare & submit Customs Import entry.
• Coordinate between shipping & Transportation and update customer on delivery status.
• Check import shipments status and documents.
• Solve daily operational problems.
• Co-ordinate with customers clearance department.
• To Implement & Execute work according to Airfreight Import Operation.
• To complete data for KPI dashboard.
• Issue summary shipping expense send to billing team.
• Prepare customer report.
• Any assignment from the superior.
Kualifikasi
• Diploma or higher
• 2 years of experience in Airfrieght Customs Clearance
• Able to read and understand English
• Has knowledge of Air Cargo
