The Import Officer (Sea Freight) is responsible for managing import operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation and invoicing.
Kewajiban
• Check incoming documents and send pre-alerts to consignee
• Issue payment voucher to A/C for pick up D/O from shipping line
• Issue invoice to customer
• Close job files
• Assistance on monthly reports
• Negotiate charges with carriers, agents, co-loaders, etc.
• Solve daily operational problems
• Coordinate with import shipping department
• Coordinate shipments with overseas offices
• Coordinate shipments with Leschaco import coordinator at customer site
• Coordinate import shipments with customer / consignees
• Any assignment from the superior
Kualifikasi
• Educational Qualification: Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years in the same field
• Good command of English language
• Strong leadership
• Able to work under pressure
• Reliable and accurate
