The Customer Service Manager will oversee the Customer Service Operation Team and manage all Contract Logistic clients, ensuring operational efficiency and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
Kewajiban
• Manage Customer Service Operation Team and all Contract Logistic (CL) clients under operational side i.e. operations report, KPIs, operation requirements before passing through Key Account Management Team, CL’s quotations, billing verification, single point of contract between clients and others internal section i.e. Operation, Safety, Claim, Billing, etc.
• Handle client’s and internal teams
• KPIs set up for both external and internal
• Work closely with Business Development Team and Key Account Management Team on the clients’ requirement
• Any assignment from superior
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Direct experience in Contract Logistics Customer Service and 5 years in supervisory level
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Able to work in Bangna KM.39, travelling is required
• Possess skills of leadership, communication, presentation and service-oriented mindset
• Proficient in MS Office
