Detail posisi

The HR Supervisor (Compensation & Benefits) provides administrative support in implementing employee compensation and benefits programs, performance appraisals, payroll administration, and employee relations.

Kewajiban

• Provide administrative support to the supervisor in implementing employee’s compensation & benefits program, performance appraisal and rewarding program, payroll administration, employee relations, employee communication and other services.
• Provide administrative support to the supervisor for meeting the job description needs for company.
• Assist the supervisor in providing data, information, recommendations for the appropriate salary structure of each grade for approval.
• Assist the supervisor to the design, implementation and administration of the company’s total compensation and benefits programs.
• Assist the supervisor assessing the business needs and impacts of existing compensation and benefits program and recommend the new program if needed.
• Provide support to the supervisor for the development of responses to management requests regarding employee compensation and benefits as well as the research and formation of proposal for approval.
• Assist the supervisor with Development, implementation and administering compensation and benefits systems and programs which support pay for performance.
• Administer employee payroll and tax.
• Keep up-to-date with strict confidentiality employees’ data and records.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor in HR Management or Political Science or Social Science or Business Administration.
• 5 years of relevant experiences in human resources management, employee relations, payroll & tax, and compensation & benefits.
• Able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner and skilfully gather and analyze information.
• Computer literacy- skill to use software program, e.g., Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Basic of English communication Skill.
• Able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
• Able to organize, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
